For the last three years, I’ve worked closely with Kyla Duffy while she created her company. As with all Entrepreneurs, Kyla had visions of grandeur for her new company. My job as a packaging designer, salesman, and distributor, is to qualify new accounts and funnel their ideas into workable designs that allow for mass production, repeatability, product integrity, and cost effectiveness.

I send all start-ups away with a laundry list of projects and research to perform to qualify their products. Most do not return as they realize the daunting task ahead of them. The ones that do return are given further tasks to complete, and only the best return. Kyla Duffy not only returned, but was more eager and prepared for each meeting.

Kyla through three years has continued to reinvent herself and her company to meet market demands, cash flow, equipment upgrades, and personnel decisions. Her ability to multi-task with accuracy and a positive attitude far outreach many of my large national accounts. No problem is too large for her to solve, or too small for her attention.

Kyla’s innovative ideas and unbridled spirit are refreshing in the business world. I, along with my colleagues, are better at our jobs from working with her. She will make a wonderful addition to your Master’s program.
